Mailshots and posters for your events can only achieve so much, but our scheduled regular marketing to every school and college in the United Kingdom means you have an on-going national awareness campaign behind each of your events.

How does it work?

You can easily post a list of your outreach events online by logging in with your username and password.
Your events are instantly listed in our database, accessed regularly by schools and colleges across the UK and beyond.
Your upcoming events are automatically emailed to participating local schools in our weekly newsletter.
Our Free Listings Tool allows you to easily integrate your listings into your own web site. This means with just one easy update your events are refreshed on both your site and unitasterdays.com - no need to spend time and money developing your own system!
Through the website, FE institutions will be able to contact you directly to ask about specific taster events for their students.

Our system is supported through FindA University Limited, which already offers proven postgraduate course websites including FindAMasters.com and FindAPhD.com.

HELOA member institutions will receive a discount on the subscription fee through our collaborative relationship, meaning a full Premium subscription for a whole year is just £1,000 + VAT.

Not a HELOA member? The standard subscription rate is £1,250 + VAT.

Advertising Rates

We offer 2 types of subscription on the site:

PREMIUM: Enjoy all the features of UniversityTasterDays.com for a single annual fee (see Premium features table below).
We are currently offering a free 1 month Premium trial to all new users. There is no obligation to signup after the trial, and you will be downgraded to BASIC account if you decide not continue with the Premium features.
BASIC: A FREE, scaled-down version to allow you to trial the site by listing basic event details only (none of the additional premium benefits below would apply). These events are limited to 100 words and will feature after events added by Premium subscribers.

Priority Search Listings Events appear at top of search results, above all events listed by users with a Basic subscription.
Word Limits The number of words you can use to describe each event. Including a good description greatly increases the chances that your event will be found by users searching by keyword.	1000

Requests from Schools Receive direct messages and requests from schools interested in bespoke/alternative events.
Listings Tool Your own events portal for your own website, locked to show only your events. No need to enter information twice!
FREE Solus Email Send a custom HTML email to school contacts in your region (max 500 recipients, 1 email per subscription year). Additional solus emails are available to purchase.
Institution Profile Include up 500 words about your institution, displayed alongside your event information.
